Internet providers may try and restrict your available content and they do this by flagging the sites where the 'streams' originate from as harmful, as a virus and/or as inappropriate. To overcome this hurdle (if you find that your available content is very low or heavily restricted) follow the guides below depending on your internet service provider (ISP):
TALKTALK CUSTOMERS - If you have Talk Talk as your ISP you will need to disable your "HomeSafe". Information on how to do this can be found following this link:
VIRGIN CUSTOMERS - If you have Virgin Media as your internet supplier you will need to disable "Child Safe" and "Virus Safe" which are both under the title of "Web Safe". Information on how to do this can be found following this link:
BT CUSTOMERS PART 1 - BT customers will need to turn off "Smart Setup". Please go to this link to turn it off:
BT CUSTOMERS PART 2 - If you have BT as your internet supplier you will also need to disable "Parental controls". Information on how to do this is found via this link:
POST OFFICE - If you have internet supplied by the Post Office you will need to remove "Safe Guard" made up of Home, Kids & Virus guard. Use the following link to login and remove the filters:
SKY CUSTOMERS - If you have Sky as your internet supplier you will need to disable your "Sky Shield". Information on how to do this is found at this link:
ORANGE & EE CUSTOMERS - If you have Orange or EE as your internet service provider you will need to disable your "Content Lock" and/or "Orange Safe Guard". Follow this link:
